Fuel line mini bolt clamp

Worm drive hose clamps do not retain their shape on small diameter hose which means a poor connection and a smelly smokey heater. Bolt clamps are designed to hold their shape resulting in consistent pressure around the circumference of the hose

Use a Jerry can or any diesel friendly tank and fit the stand pipe to give you a reliable fuel supply. Cut the pipe to suite any depth tank, fit the supplied filter and you have a very economical alternative for a fuel tank

Fuel pump insulator for SF2300 & SF4200 pumps

Q. What’s that ticking noise I hear when the heater is running ?

A. Its a question we hear all too often. The ticking noise is the fuel pump and it still surprises us that installers make the mistake of mounting the pump hard on the chassis or underside of the floor.

10mm closed cell noise suppression foam wrapped around the pump with a rubber isolation strap cures the problem.

Use the ‘P’ clamp supplied in the heater kit to attach the strap

This is a Stainless steel connector that is a snug fit inside the 24mm i.d exhaust pipe. Its thin smooth inner wall doesn’t hinder exhaust flow. 80mm length.

This tubing is available in lengths up to 1800mm. Ideal if you need to get exhaust away from the annex side of your vehicle.

Thru floor mounting plate and gasket suite SF2300 and SF4200 heaters. This stops the interior of you vehicle being effected by exhaust gases or diesel vapour if a hose clamp fails.

60/60/60mm HOT AIR Y PIECE

Offers the installer the option of branching off the ducting between the heater and the main outlet. It would generally have a closeable outlet at the end so all heating energy can be directed to the main outlet when required.
